Angela Ottobah

Born in 1977 After she studied philosophy and ethnology, Angela Ottobah went to Mozambique to direct her first short. She went on to shoot a documentary, a mid-length film before she started working on her first feature, PAULA, that earned her the Beaumarchais Award and the Special Prize from the Prix des Scénarios.
