Masaharu Okuwaki

Currently freelance, previously he worked at Oh! Production, Knack Productions (currently known as ICHI Corporation) and Toei Animation. His representative works include Lupin the 3rd: Dragon of Doom, Cheeky Angel and Kirarin Revolution.
